How do I get started?
Head to the enquiry form in the contact page and where you’ll share a convenient date and time to connect for a discovery call. During the call we’ll discuss your needs and availability to schedule your introductory private yoga session.
How often will we meet?
This is a completely personal choice, with a minimum of two classes per week being the recommended frequency to truly evolve your practice. If you aren’t sure where to start, reach out and, we’ll co-create the perfect schedule for you.
Sessions range from Dynamic Vinyasa to Restorative Yin. Whether it’s a powerful asana practice, an hour of grounding meditation, or something in between, how we spend this precious time you’ve carved out for yourself in the week will be guided by what serves you.
What kind of yoga will we be doing?
Private sessions take place in the your Sydney home. If this isn’t accessible for you, due to travel obligations or other lifestyle requirements, please get in touch so that we can organise an alternative space or remote session.
Where will we practice?
How long our sessions be?
Class durations range from 45 minutes to 1 hr 30 minutes, depending on your desired focus.
Can I share the sessions with my partner or a friend?
Absolutely. Before the class, any participants who don’t directly organise the session will complete a client intake form so that the session can be planned for the benefit of all involved.
I’ve never done yoga before. Is this for me?
Yes! All levels are welcome.
